Our primary services include our standard “Pet visit” (approx 30 mins, includes feeding, non-injection meds, play, walk, litter maintenance, and lots of cuddles). “Midday dog walk” (approx 30 mins, including walk, play and water refreshment. Can only be booked btw the hours 11-3p). “House Checks” (even if you don’t have a pet at home at the time, we are happy to come out and check on your home and bring in mail, packages, and ensure your property is secure while you are away. “Overnight Visits” (Sitter arrives at 9p and stays with through the night until 7a). We also offer longer visits upon request.

Getting started is simple. Click on the “Prospective New Client” link and let us know what type of pet you have, when you need service, frequency of visits needed while you are away and your location. Then we will respond letting you know if we are able to meet your booking needs. Then you will fill out your profile and we will set up the Meet and Greet.

Yes! A meet and Greet is mandatory for all new clients. It gives you a chance to meet your sitter and go over pet routines and provide access to your home.

For peak holidays, such as Thanksgiving and Christmas, we suggest at least a month in advance because those dates fill up quickly. For general bookings at least a week’s notice is ideal. We accept last minute bookings for existing customers. Same day bookings do incur an additional fee

Yes, we are happy to provide our COI upon request.

Our cancellation policy is at least 2 days prior notice without penalty. Payment is due 2 days prior to booking start date and signals the end of the cancellation period. Our sitters set aside time and have to often decline other bookings in order to meet client schedules, so we also do not offer refunds or credits for early returns.

There are several options. You are welcome to place a lockbox on your door and provide us with the code. You can provide 2 physical keys at consultation (1 key for sitter and 1 key to be kept as backup in the office). You can provide a door or Garage code (however we do require a back up key be provided for codes bc batteries run low, or power outages in the case of garages). If you prefer the sitter picks up and drops off the key after each trip there is a fee for each pick up and drop off. Otherwise we keep the keys for all future bookings.

Yes, mail and package retrieval, bins to and from the curb and inside plants watering is included in all services. We also, offer garden watering and outside plant watering for an additional fee.

Yes, there are additional Holiday surcharges for holidays and holiday weekends. Those holidays include: Easter, Mothers Day, Memorial Day, Fathers Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
