Jill truly enjoys what she does, and shows it in the quality of care she extends to her and your pets. Besides pet sitting, Jill likes to go horseback and motorcycle riding.
Kathy and Chris U. have always been animal lovers and have owned and cared for many different kinds of pets. They have three wonderful dogs of their own and seven beloved grand dogs. They have a "revolving door" to the dogs of family and friends and love nothing better than to take them on long walks and give them lots of TLC. Chris grew up with a cat, and had his own cats for many years, but has come to love and appreciate our dogs and granddogs in recent years. He is employed full-time with the Employment Security Commission as an economic research specialist, and looks forward to partnering with Kathy in doing evening and weekend visits. Kathy is a part time childbirth educator and in her free time enjoys church activities as well as hiking and camping with her "trail dog". As pet owners, they knows how important it is to feel completely comfortable with their care when being away and looks forward to treating yours as their own.
Lois K. is owner of Four Paws, and has worked as a veterinary technician and is current on first aid and CPR training. Mike F. has simply loved animals for as far back as he can remember, so getting to work with them and see them happy is a huge reward! He spends his “other” hours working in retail, and when he's not helping his mom (Lois) and Erin, his fiancee with Four Paws, he loves tinkering with new technology, going to the movies, and taking his own dogs for outings.
Tara G. is a full-time researcher at a small biotech company in Raleigh and a part time vet tech at a busy animal hospital. I am also a volunteer for a local rescue, Carolina Care Bullies. Being with animals makes her happy so that is why she incorporates them into all aspects of my life. She enjoys travelling and working out but her passion is dog rescue and transport from high-kill shelters here in the South to rescues/foster homes in the North. She has two rescue dogs, Frankie and Pennie who stole her heart from day one and a 9 year old bunny named Chance. She is very interested in dog training, rehabilitation and behavior modification. She would love to become a Certified Professional Dog Trainer in the future.
